New DVD

For those of you who took my advice and got the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd, you know that they say to get the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt to help with your weight loss. So that is what I did. I tried it this afternoon and it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. At least level 1 wasn't. I do need to get some weights, that will make all the differance I think. Most of level 1 they use weights and its just not a challenging without them. I also recommend a mat if you have hard wood floors or any have problems being on the floor without one. You do some stuff laying on you back and on you sides. This dvd is more about working your muscles and not as much about keeping your heart rate up. Although that is a good thing to do. So I am hoping that I will be able to move to two workouts a day and do the cadio and the power sculpt. I will probably do the cardio in the mornings, just so that way I get my heart rate up and it helps me lose more calories during the day. Its looking like I am going to sweat more during the cardio so I want to do that in the morning before I shower and then I can do the power sculpt before I relax for the night. Tomorrow is my weigh in, wish me luck!
