Just Keep Swimming!
It is hard! I never thought it would be this hard to get back into it. I think part of the problem is that I am bored with the Biggest Loser DVD. When I was working out 6 days a week (was that only 2 weeks ago? lol) I was looking forward to moving up to level 3 soon. Now I am back at level 1 and I am not liking that it is hard again and that I have to push myself just to get through it. Then even if I do make it then I am only at level 2 again. Nothing new, so it is starting to get boring. So today I started a (kind of) new DVD. Its one that I already owned but never really got into. It is a dancing DVD. Its called Just Dance Dance with Julianne. She is one of the professional dancers from Dancing with the Stars. It is a good DVD and it kept my heart rate up to an average of 155 bpm. In this DVD she takes you through 3 different dances. Beware boys this DVD is for girls. It is a lot about being sexy and working out at the same time. I mean if you are a guy and you don't care then be my guest, I'm sure it would work just as well on you as it would a girl. Just a lot of the dance moves are for girls. Anyway, she walks you through 3 different dances. You do each section a couple of time then she adds it on to the beginning. Then once you know the whole dance you do the whole dance 4 times. I must be getting into better shape because even though it kept my heart rate up it was still a lot easier to do then I remember doing in the past. So that must be a good sign. Well as long as you keep moving and don't quit that is all that matters. Or as Dorie would say "just keep swimming".
