I know that I haven't posted in a while, our computer has been on the fritz!! It is so annoying, but anyway I weighed myself on Friday last week and don't ask me how but I lost another pound!! So I am now down 14lbs in 10 months!! Yay, only one more pound till I reach my next goal!! But the reason I was so surprise was because I hadn't eaten good at all that week and I hadn't worked out either. My sister-in-law went into labor
early and she had asked me to be in the delivery room with her. The problem is that she lives 4 hours away, but I did make it on time and was able to be with her when the baby was born! However, I spent 2 nights eating in a hospital and the rest of the time at my Mom's who isn't exactly a health nut. So I was eating Captain Crunch and french toast for breakfast and just not good things and I was not able to workout. So I was not looking forward to coming home and weighing myself. That's why I did it on Friday, I just wanted to get it over and done with, I think my jaw may have hit the floor when I saw the number on the scale. HAHA. I have been having a hard time getting back into eating right again. It's been about a week and a half since I have worked out and eaten well. With Thanksgiving x2, and the baby, and then my Fiance and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary on Thursday the 8th. I have 4 more months till I need to start my dress fittings, then I wont be able to lose or gain any more weight. I need to lose 5-10lbs before I will be happy about my weight for my wedding and my honeymoon. I am not going to give up on my goal weight, even if I don't reach it by the wedding (although that is my goal time frame.) Always remember that tomorrow is a new day, so even if you didn't eat all that great and you didn't workout, that shouldn't stop you from starting all over again tomorrow. Everyone slips and cheats, we are human. Just remember that the only time you actually fail is when you give up!!
