So last night and this morning I did a little bit better
Last Night: I eat 3 servings of fruits yesterday and 2 servings of veggies. I took Molly for 2 walks yesterday, the first one was about 25 minutes long and the second one was about 40 minutes long.
Today: Still wansn't able to go to the gym today but I was able to get the house clean, which is actually a pretty good work out. I have a heart rate moniter and it said that I was above 100 bpm for most of it. It took me about 45 minutes to clean the whole house. So thats not bad. Then I just got back from taking Molly for a walk. It was the shorter one of only 25 minutes. Im not sure that I will be able to take her out again tonight. It depends on the weather. It was cold and raining when I took her out today. It was only 50 degrees outside and with the rain and wind it felt even colder. So I was a little late eating breakfast. I ate at noon. I was busy cleaning the house and I wanted to get it done before I lost my motivation to do it. But anyway I had a good breakfast of oatmeal and a homemade strawberry banana smoothie. For lunch I am thinking about either having a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoe soup and a apple or chicken noodle soup with green beans and an apple. Im not sure yet.... Hmm I think I will go with the grilled cheese its easy and I wont make as big of a mess making it. So, the plan for tonight is to hopefully go bowling. Which is a lot better then sitting on the couch watching tv.
Recipe. Strawberry Banana Smoothit
1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c fat free milk
1 banana
2 strawberries
1/2 tsp honey
handful of ice
~ Blend in blender until smooth.
~Calories: about 201
Weekly Goal: get to 144lbs and eat more fruits and veggies.
