Well I am not starting out on a good foot. I wanted to get up at 8AM, I get up at 10AM. I wanted to go to the gym today, can't because I am still waiting for the guy to come and look at vent that was leaking. He better come today or I will be upset! Anyway, so no gym today. I do plan on taking Molly for a walk after the guy comes or around Noon. Whichever comes first. So last night I decided that I needed to make a schedule for my days. Like I've said, I like to just sit on the computer or just sit and read a good book. So if I make a schedule then HOPEFULLY I will follow it and that will keep me up and moving during the day. It has things like getting up earlier, going to the gym, taking Molly for 2 walks a day, when I will eat breakfast and lunch, going to work, picking up the house, etc. I have a work out plan and a food plan, why not a day plan? Well just to let you know I might be posting twice a day some days. I was just thinking it would probably be better to post in the evenings so I can tell you all what I have done during the day. Right now I am just telling you what I would like to do and I don't always do them. So hopefully starting next week I will be able to go to the gym 4 days a week. I haven't been able to lately. This week I have the guy coming to look at the vent and of couse he can't give the exact day that he is coming, I have to hang around and wait for him. Then I had to go to the doctors a couple of times, then we had someone coming to the apartments to make them more Green and I had to be here for that. So yeah, I am hoping that starting next week things will calm down and I will be able to go more often and do my program. Only 10lbs and I will be happy!
Weekly Goal: get below 145lbs and eat more fruits and veggies
